Fulfillment Policy
1. Booking Process
Flat bookings are confirmed only upon:
Submission of booking form
Payment of booking amount
Issuance of official receipt by Amit Enterprises
2. Payment Terms
Payment schedules will be provided as per the project and construction stage.
All payments must be made through approved banking channels.
3. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed as per the terms mentioned in the Agreement for Sale.
Administrative and processing charges may apply.
4. Possession
Possession timelines are subject to construction progress, government approvals, and force majeure conditions.
Buyers will be notified in writing once the property is ready for possession.
5. Documentation
All buyers must complete KYC documentation and sign necessary legal agreements as required under applicable laws including RERA.
