The booking and sale of any unit shall be governed solely by the Agreement for Sale and other legally binding documents executed between the purchaser and Amit Enterprises. In case of any discrepancy, the registered agreement and approved plans shall prevail.
6. MahaRERA Disclosure
The projects promoted by Amit Enterprises are registered with the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA). The MahaRERA registration number for each ongoing project is displayed on the Website. Prospective purchasers are advised to verify all project details and registration status on the official MahaRERA portal at maharera.maharashtra.gov.in before making any decision.
